Reporting problems
To properly report problems, please provide the information requested below.
Output of
/polar versionList of any external software used, such as plugins
Video footage of the problem with alerts and hover debug
Statistics about the affected server/machine, these include:
Total volume of RAM
Amount of players online
Volume of swap memory
Java version, build name, VM type
List of installed plugins
Profiler results (Spark, for example)
PROVE Polar is at fault and not external factors
For other issues, please provide a detailed explanation of the problem.
