Polar Help

Requirements

We have strict requirements that all our customers are required to meet in order to use Polar.

  • Any server regardless of its size must be legally registered (if applicable) with local authorities (such as the commerce register)

  • For unreleased servers: We generally do not accept servers that were not previously open in the past or have no notable social media presence

  • For released servers: The server must be completely established, must have an established playerbase, a working website and some social media presence

  • Besides the above, the following factors may influence the outcome of our decision: Server location, Place of legal registration, Game mode types, Game version and others

  • We reserve the right to refuse a server for any reason

  • x86_64 CPU

  • Linux or Windows Operating System

  • Active, uninterrupted internet connection

  • Java 8 or higher

  • ProtocolLib version newer than 5.0.0

  • Spigot/Paper server software

  • OpenSSL 1.1

  • libc6 2.25 or higher (Linux)

    • apt-cache policy libc6
